TOAST – Bar & Grill Lounge possesses an authentic décor – Walls are stuffed with thick treated hay and exposed jagged brickwork with hanging black iron grills to cut off the monotony and – the reverb! Lighting is soft with emanating a diffusion effect. Furnishing is classy with brick red chaise lounge and simple matted tables – ergonomically designed and socially engineered to suit any gathering or occasion. TOAST has two private areas, one of them a private black lounge, and a main open area which can be used as a dance floor when required. The ash coloured wooden floor is best suited and is most comfortable for that extra jiving – TOAST warps into a nightclub after 11!
TOAST is provided with scientifically designed air-conditioning . The automated system eliminates stale air and inducts treated fresh air periodically. There is a separate smoking zone as well.
The food menu is very appealing to the well-travelled Indian where American, European, Middle Eastern, Lebanese cuisine goes hand in hand with the desi specials. As the name suggests the emphasis here is on grilled, toasted and roasted cuisine rather than the oil rich stuff. The entire international menu is light on stomach and easy to digest. Low import duty has helped choose high quality ingredients and yet keep the price affordable. The cocktail list and the bar stocks boast of being one of the best equipped bar in town. The eye catchy menu is elaborate and the bar tenders well trained.
